On 2/10/22 State Police Trooper Katsikis received a report of a driving complaint on a Ford Focus, which was located at the Van Duzer State Park off hwy 18. The driver, identified as 29-year old Stephan B. Hicks of Lincoln City reportedly exhibited signs and symptoms of drug impairment and was ultimately arrested for driving under the influence of controlled substances. He was cited and released at the Lincoln City Police Department. The female passenger, was cited and released on a warrant by Lincoln County Deputies.
