On July 20th Lincoln County Sheriff Office requested back up for two detained individuals. State Police Trooper Strasser arrived on scene where the individuals were detained. The deputy informed Trooper Strasser she had located a large amount of a white crystalized substance in rock form, assorted prescription pills, drug paraphernalia, and loose cash in a vehicle with the two detained individuals she encountered at the Otis market. The deputy seized the white crystalized substance, drug paraphernalia, assorted pills and cash as evidence. The vehicle was secured with evidence tape and towed by Car Care. One of the suspects, identified as 41-year Michael Fields was transported by the Lincoln County Sheriff's deputy to the Lincoln County Jail.
