Seal Rock Man Arrested For Rape

On Tuesday January 7th, 2025 at approximately 2:00 AM the Toledo Police Department received a report of a sexual assault. The victim, an adult female Toledo resident, reported a male entered her home in the early morning hours and proceeded to sexually assault her, and then fled the home. Through investigation Detective Shinholster developed probable cause to arrest Bruce Lee Reynolds, 23, of Seal Rock. On Thursday January 9th, 2025 Mr. Reynolds was taken into custody and lodged at the Lincoln County Jail on the charges of Rape in the First Degree, Sexual Abuse in the Second Degree X 2, Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree and Burglary in the First Degree.
