On November 4th, 2022 the Toledo Police Department served a search warrant on a residence located at 850 NW Bond Drive in the City of Toledo as a result of an investigation into the ongoing distribution of narcotics. Upon execution of the search warrant Officers located a quantity of individually packaged methamphetamine, digital gram scales, packaging material and several firearms.
As a result, Stephen Lee Hall, of Toledo, was taken into custody and charged with Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, Attempted Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine, and Felon in Possession of a Weapon X 3. John Paul Bostwick, of Siletz, was also taken into custody and charged with Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and Frequenting a Place where Controlled Substances are Used.
The Toledo Police Department thanks the Lincoln City Police Department and the Oregon State Police for their assistance in executing the search warrant. This investigation was aided by concerned citizens who recognized and reported frequent short stay traffic at the Bond Drive residence along with additional indicators of narcotic activity.
